Resurge provides spiritual content for informational and devotional purposes only. The app is not a substitute for professional religious counsel, psychological therapy, or the Sacrament of Reconciliation. Saint stories are historically grounded but are not official Church doctrine. Scripture verses are drawn from recognized Catholic Bible translations.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Resurge. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Subscriptions
Resurge offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Pro subscriptions are billed at $1.99 per month or $19.99 per year through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store settings.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Resurge only for its intended purpose as a personal spiritual companion. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from the app, including saint stories, scripture selections, or the matching algorithm.
No Warranty
Resurge is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, including saint stories and scripture verses. While we strive for historical and theological accuracy, the content should not be treated as authoritative Church teaching.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resurge and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Resurge shall be resolved in accordance with applicable U.S. law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app.
